The family of United States Navy Veteran Wesley Paul Daggett, age 91, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero, for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.
Mr. Daggett served his country in the United States Navy from September 1947 through September 1951. He served in the Korean War aboard the USS Endicott Destroyer Minesweeper. Upon his honorable discharge, he had attained the rank of Seaman.
Wesley loved riding motorcycles, and his first motorcycle was a 1947 Harley Knucklehead. Following his service to his country, Wesley was a truck driver, and he worked for several different companies doing both short and long hauls.
Wesley is survived by sons Cliff & Ralph Daggett, his daughter Tracy Daggett, 4 Granddaughters, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Note: This notice is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, the family has requested an accompaniment from the Church to the Cemetery, a distance of approximately 20 miles, please see the time table if you would like to participate.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your cage (car). If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage. Remember to bring an American flag, or military branch flag of the hero to honor this hero. Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
