The family of ENFN Skylar A. Jackson and the US Navy have requested that the Patriot Guard Riders accompany their Hero from the mortuary to the Airport as he is returned to his family in North Carolina.

ENFN Skylar Jackson was serving on an Assault Craft Unit 1 when he sadly passed away.  He was very proud of his Navy service and was well liked and respected by all his fellow Sailors.

Skylar was from North Carolina where he was born and raised.  All his family is in North Carolina, none of them will be traveling with him.  The PGR will accompany and stand as his family for this mission.  Skylar will also be accompanied by several fellow Sailors, fellow members of his command.

Skylar is survived by many family members including his mother and many friends, he was dearly loved by all and will never be forgotten.
