The family of PFC Maximiliano M. Ramirez, age 21, and the US Marine Corps have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to accompany their Hero as he is flown home to the San Francisco area for burial. We will be honored to do so.
PFC Maximiliano Ramirez was serving with Combat Logistics Battalion 7, 1st Marines Logistics Group at MCAGCC in Twentynine Palms at the time of his passing. PFC Ramirez was proud to be a Marine and loyal to the Corps through and through. He was liked and respected by all his fellow Marines, those that served above him in rank and those below.
PFC Ramirez is survived by many family members and friends who will dearly miss him, he will never be forgotten. He is now guarding the gates of Valhalla with his fellow Marines, rest easy Marine we have the watch on this side.
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero. For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the funeral home to the airport, approx 70 miles. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the airport, we will meet you there.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
