SHORT NOTICE!!
Part 1 of 2

The family of PVT Ana Basaldua Ruiz, 20, and the United States Army have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to accompany this Hero from the airport to the mortuary as she is returned home to Southern California.  We will be honored to fulfill that request.

PVT Ruiz was serving as a combat engineer with the 1st Calvary Division out of Fort Hood, TX.

PVT Ruiz is survived by many family members, friends, and those with whom she served.  She will be deeply missed.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this military veteran. For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, we will be accompanying the Hero and her family from the airport to the mortuary, approximately 21 miles. Please see the timetable if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.
