The City of Murrieta has invited American Legion Riders 852 and the Patriot Guard Riders to attend a flag raising ceremony to honor the two year anniversary, of Sgt. Eric Williams death.
Sgt Williams, a U.S. Army paratrooper and flight medic was stationed out of Fort Bragg, NC. from Murrieta was killed in Afghanistan on 23 Jul 12. He was only days away from returning home. Patriot Guard was present on his arrival and services at that time.
The City of Murrieta will raise a flag in his honor and leave it up until his birthday, Sep 5.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
