The United States Coast Guard and the family of Keith Gunnar Harris, 37, have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be with them as their hero is brought home for Military Honors and burial. We are honored to participate.
Chief Petty Officer Harris was a proud member of the Coast Guard from 2007 to 2023. At one point, he was a part of the Maritime Safety and Security Team (MSST), which is counterterrorism team of the Coast Guard and the only special force that can arrest submerged divers. Additionally, CPO Harris had been assigned to Station Sabine Pass, TX, Sector San Francisco Enforcement, Station Islamorada, and Coast Guard Cutters Harriet Lane, Margaret Norvell, and Forrest Rednour. CPO Harris was awarded multiple Coast Guard Achievement Medals.
CPO Harris is survived by his spouse, Rokyatou Harris, and children, Sonezere A. Yoh and Sonezere K. Yoh.
