This is Part 1 of a 2 Part Mission

The United States Air Force and the family of Senior Airman Devante Dominic Joseph have asked the Patriot Guard to be with them as they bring their son and hero home.  We are honored to join them.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this military veteran.  For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the airport to the mortuary.  Please see the time table if you would like to participate.  For those who would rather go directly to the mortuary, please be there Not Later Than 1730hrs, and we will meet you there.

NOTE: This mission includes aircraft arrival.  Airline schedules are subject to change.  Please check this thread before you leave for the mission for any last minute changes.

Time Line for Tuesday, 22 August:

1430 - Mission Briefing

1500 - KSU to arrival location

1530 - Flag Line as the coach exits the secure area.

1545 - Depart to Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Mortuary 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505  https://goo.gl/maps/wiRY3n5jwyciqoiXA

1745 - est. arrival and Flag Line as the hero is transfered to the facility from the coach.

You do not have to be a veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission.  All PGR members are welcome.  We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car.  If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the Ride Captain (RC).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.

Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes.  No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service.
