The Homeport Liaison Office of a Seabee Unit has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present at their arrival back home from an overseas deployment (Okinawa, Japan), where they have been faithfully serving their country and honing their combat construction skills.
It will be our honor to be there with flags waving as they disembark off of their plane and meet with their families, friends and fellow Seabees. Please bring your flags, smiles, waves and hugs for these deserving Seabees.
In order for us to get access onto the base, all participants will need to forward their names to the Ride Captain, Mike “Seabeemike” Abraham (see contact info below). If your name is not on the official list forwarded to the base, you will not be able to participate unless you have a military ID that allows you base access. The base has given us until 12FEB15 to submit our list. We will stage offsite and ride in together as a group. Please do not go directly to the base unless you have an ID that allows you access to the base.
Note: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring these Seabee Heroes. For those interested, and all are welcome, please refer to the time table below. As this mission involves arriving aircraft, please check this site for updates.
